There are three steps in creating a clicSÉQUR account.

Step 1: Choose an identifier and security options.

You must choose an identifier consisting of a user code and a password.

The identifier enables you to access the online services of participating departments and agencies.

You must choose the email address where you want to receive a verification code to ensure its validity. You must also select security questions and enter the answers.

Step 2: Verification of your identity.

A verification of your identity is mandatory if you want to register for an online service provided by a participating ministry or organization. The verification is carried out by Revenu Québec for all online services provided by participating ministries and organizations.

At that step, you will be asked for the following information:

Date of birth; Social insurance number; Number of your notice of assessment by Revenu Québec.

Step 3: Acceptance to the conditions of use.

You must read and agree to the conditions for using clicSÉQUR, which constitute a contract between you and the Gouvernement du Québec.
