Notice of assessment number

You must enter the notice of assessment number from one of your two most recent notices of assessment issued by Revenu Québec in the last five years. This number is composed of 11 characters (letters or numbers). It must start by a "Q" or an "M".

For confidentiality reasons, Revenu Québec cannot disclose notice of assessment numbers over the telephone. Revenu Québec will therefore mail it to you. To request your notice of assessment number, call Revenu Québec at one of the numbers below.
