Who is clicSÉQUR for?

ClicSÉQUR is for all citizens who use the online services offered by participating departments and agencies.

To create a clicSÉQUR account, you must meet one of the following requirements:

• You have filed a Québec income tax return in the last five years.
• You have received an activation key from the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec.

In Step 2 in creating a clicSÉQUR account, depending on the agency that will verify your identity, you will be asked for personal information, particularly:

• information you will have only if you have filed an income tax return with Revenu Québec in the last five years
• information you have received by mail from the Régie
