Who is clicSÉQUR for?

ClicSÉQUR is for all citizens who wish to use the online services offered by participating departments and agencies.

To create a clicSÉQUR account, you must have a valid email address.

When your account is created, you may be asked for personal information if the service you wish to access needs to verify your identity.

In that case, you will need to have the following information on hand, which differs depending on the service:

To access all the services requiring that your identity be verified by Revenu Québec*:

  • a notice of assessment number, from a Québec income tax return filed in the last five years

To access the Québec Health Booklet:

  • an activation key received by mail from the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec
  • your Québec health insurance card OR a clicSÉQUR account for which identity has been verified by Revenu Québec*

* Identity verification by Revenu Québec is a one-time process; you will no longer need to have your identity verified afterwards, regardless of the service you wish to access.
